Rewards

It's easy: Just click the "Sign Me Up" button above, enter your phone number, birth day, and month, and you're in!

Reward points are automatically added to your account with every purchase. Just tell your server your phone number or write it on your tab receipt and your points will be added. If you pay with a debit or credit card, it will automatically be linked to your account so you don't have to give your phone number each time you make a purchase as long as you use the same card(s).

You will receive Rewards points as soon as each payment is processed. 

Bonus Sign-up Rewards are added immediately after you enroll.

Birthday Rewards: You'll receive a text on the first day of your birthday month letting you know your Birthday Reward is available. Note that your Birthday Reward does not show in your points total but is automatically deducted from your Rewards account when you make your first purchase during your birthday month after receiving notification.

You can begin using points right away. 

You'll also receive a text message after every purchase letting you know that you've earned new points.

Click the "Account Login" button above to login with the phone number or email address associated with your Rewards account. 

Once you have logged in with your credentials, you will receive an email or text notifying you of your Rewards balance.

You can also download the Local by Toast app and have the details of your Rewards account at your fingertips. 

Yes, you will receive Rewards points for purchases you make with a Side Pockets Gift Card. However, you will not earn points when you purchase a Side Pockets Gift Card.

With the exception of gift card purchases, any other items you purchase that is run through our registers/point of sale system will accrue points. So pick up a new pool cue or Side Pockets shirt and earn points!

Please note that TouchTunes, and games other than pool time purchases that are added to your tab will not accrue points. 

Nope. Once you're in, you're in! No blackouts and no expirations.

Unfortunately, you can't select the number of points applied.

Also, please note that you can't use points for tipping.

There is no limit on the number of cards linked to your account.

Let your server know and we'll make sure it gets updated.

Just ask your server. If they don't know immediately, they'll hook you up with someone that does. 

No. Whoever pays the tab, gets the points. Plus, if two different people have cards associated with the same Rewards account, it could cause some issues in the future if one uses the points (accidentally or on purpose) that the other one earned.

Yes, the points are tied to the payment, so if one person pays for a group, only the person that pays will earn rewards. However, you can request to have the check split and each person pay their portion to split the Rewards.
